The method of our design service is based on our service ethic and we try to involve the client at all stages of development both in person and online. It is essential that the client's requirements be met and as systems analysts we have the ability to assist in defining these requirements.

The initial consultation is free and we work on a "fixed quote" basis, with a part payment deposit required prior to the development being commenced.

Website Concepts has always been aware that the majority of the population is still not highly educated in the use of the Internet. We therefore take the time to assist and train all our clients prior, during and subsequent to website development, at no extra cost..

We develop the site using materials provided to us, and/or we will create new graphics/animations/text as required.  We design backgrounds and graphics to enhance an organisation's presence and to reflect the profile they wish to present on the web.

The code we use is tested and re-tested prior to hand over. The sites are tested on the three most common Browsers - Internet Explorer,  Netscape Navigator, and Mozilla Firefox - and at the three most commonly set screen resolutions.   All sites are optimised for search engine placement. 

The sites we design are not finished until our clients' determined requirements are met.
