|| Systems Analysis

|
For larger customised sites it can sometimes
be essential to conduct and analysis of requirements. Rather than develop a web site on an ad hoc basis or simply letting it evolve into a hodgepodge of unrelated segments we take the approach that if a strategy is carefully planned around an organisation's overall long term requirements it will better fulfill those requirements and ultimately prove more economical in both time and finances.
It starts with the initial consultation determining our client's requirements.
At times the process can be completed at this stage, however other times
it is necessary to proceed with a more in depth analysis.
|
Usually not a lengthy procedure, it can
sometimes appear to be an unnecessary activity, however a proper systems
analysis will avoid an unnecessary and costly redesign at an otherwise natural
level of evolvement.
We always undertake to avoid making the procedure burdensome on our clients and not to interrupt their normal work process. With some clients they have already completed their own analysis which, because of our expertise in this area, we have no difficulty in interpreting and translating into a workable system. |
